    General Manager, Infrastructure Development

    Job Specifications
    The duties and responsibilities at this level will involve: -

    • Coordinating the development and maintenance of water and sanitation infrastructure in liaison with stakeholders;
    • Managing contracts for effective delivery of projects;
    • Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement during project implementation;
    • Coordinating preparation and updating of water and sanitation services infrastructure inventory;
    • Coordinating the assessment of Water and Sanitation infrastructure for purposes of rehabilitation and augmentation;
    • Coordinating the development of framework for bulk water supply operations prior to the counties forming joint water authority;
    • Ensuring effective management of Agency assets including infrastructure, plant and equipment;

    Manager, Human Resource and Administration

    Job Specifications
    Duties and Responsibilities entail;

    • Coordinating the development and implementation of appropriate human resource policies, rules and regulations; effective organization and administration of the Human Resource Management including appropriate human resource management policies, rules and regulations in Agency for effective performance and productivity; facilitating recruitment, placement, training and development of staff; carrying out training needs assessment;

    Manager, Supply Chain Management

    Job Specifications
    The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail: -

    • Coordinating the receiving and opening of tenders;
    • Maintaining and updating periodically standing lists of registered tenderers required by the Agency;

    Principal Accountant

    Job Specification

    • The officer at this level will be reporting to Manager, Finance and Accounts. 

    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -

    • Coordinating implementation of financial regulations, policies, strategies and plans.
    • Coordinating preparation of annual budgets in liaison with Research, Planning and Strategy Division;

    Driver

    Job Specifications
    The duties and responsibilities of the Officer will entail: -

    • Driving assigned vehicle 
    • Preparing and submitting regular reports on assigned motor vehicle;
    • Detecting and reporting common mechanical faults or accident;
    • Carrying out minor vehicle repairs/maintenance including oiling and greasing;

    • Valid driving license (BC1C and above) free from any current endorsements(s) for classes of the vehicles the driver is required to drive; 
    • The Occupational Trade Test II Certificate; 
    • Passed the Suitability Test for Drivers Grade I from are recognized institution.
    • First-Aid Certificate Course lasting not less than one (1) week from a recognized institution.
    • An accident-free driving period of 3 years.
    • Proficiency in computer applications;
    • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution
