    Consultant- Early Childhood Development Systems Evaluation and Project Coordination, ECDAN

    Key responsibilities

    •  Conduct literature reviews, program reviews, and other background desk reviews to help identify key programs and stakeholders to include in the Child-Centered Systems hub.
    •  Support the writing and development of case studies and other communications and knowledge products on the cutting-edge research and practice of Systems Thinking
    •  Support the design, coordination, implementation, and documentation of Systems Thinking technical workshops on measurement, child-centered systems hub design, and country systems dialogues.
    •  Support the conceptualization of learning webinar series on Systems Thinking for ECD, and lead on the outreach to speakers, coordination of webinar, and coordinating with the Communications Lead to ensure professionally designed presentations, advertisements, and other communications products to disseminate these events.
    •  Create and manage workplans to track milestones and deliverables for the Systems Core team.
    •  Provide manuscript and abstract submission support. Including creating production calendars and ensuring submission deadlines are met.
    •  Ensure effective knowledge management support, utilizing Smartsheet, Teams, and Box, especially for the Child-Centered Systems thematic page and knowledge repository such that is accessible and user-friendly on ECDAN's Knowledge platform.
    •  Schedule team meetings and meetings with other internal and external stakeholders. Including liaising with partners, making logistical arrangements, managing RSVPs, assist in generating meeting materials, taking notes, and highlighting action items.

    Required Experience

    •  Master's degree preferred.
    •  2 to 4 years of work experience in an similar role.
    •  Experience with Systems thinking or related fields preferred.
    •  Excellent writing skills.
    •  Familiarity with research process and methodologies.
    •  Demonstrated project management skills with superior attention to detail.
    •  Comfortable learning new information systems.
    •  Ability to work effectively and with sensitivity across barriers such as language, culture, and distance. Excellent listening skills and empathy.
    •  Commitment to PATH and ECDAN's mission, values, and principles.
    •  Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
    •  Strong organizational skills.

    Market Dynamics Project Coordinator, Market Dynamics

    Responsibilities:

    •  Provide meeting planning and logistics. Activities may include scheduling internal and external meetings, workshops, stakeholders' interviews and other events as necessary.
    •  Prepare and coordinate the production, distribution and filing of complex documents including project deliverables, new business proposals, and internal and external reports.
    •  General administrative support: Draft, edit, format, fact-check, and proofread a variety of documents and enter data using Word, Excel, and other software.
    •  Support project teams with taking meeting minutes, collating action items, and tracking deliverable schedules and workstream priorities.
    •  Help plan and facilitate meetings, planning sessions and stakeholder interviews.
    •  Coordinate arrangements for guests, meetings, conferences, workshops, and other events.
    •  Utilize Microsoft Outlook calendars to coordinate complex scheduling tasks for routine team meetings as well as larger workshops and meetings with external partners.
    •  Maintain project records, electronic files, and other resources on behalf of team members.
    •  Assist with completion of administrative forms, including supply request forms, check requests, reimbursement forms, and vendor creation in Business World.
    •  Collaborate with staff throughout the global organization to gather information.
    •  Support the project lead with updating country level workplans across multiple workstreams.
    •  Track deliverable deadlines, communicating with global and country team staff as needed.

    Required Experience

    •  Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, plus a minimum of 2-3 years of directly related administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    •  Experience coordinating calendars, organizing workshops, creating workback schedules, and managing timelines.
    •  Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    •  Well organized and adaptable to handling multiple and changing priorities within a fast-paced work environment.
    •  Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular skill in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, proficiency with Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Smartsheet, Box, and Salesforce a plus.
    •  Excellent formatting, editing, and proofreading skills.
    •  Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    •  Proven ability to take initiative, while anticipating needs and challenges, and finding solutions.
    •  Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time, tasks, and responsibilities.
    •  Demonstrated success working effectively while under deadlines.
    •  Demonstrated passion for learning and commitment to global health equity.
