    Data Governance Analyst - 3 Posts

    Job Description

    The Data Governance Analyst will be responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices at the Bank. The role involves overseeing data governance activities, ensuring data quality and integrity, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    Data Governance Framework:

    • Develop and implement a data governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective data management across the organization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

    Data Quality and Integrity:

    • Monitor and ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data across various systems and databases.
    • Implement data quality metrics and KPIs and conduct regular data audits and assessments.
    • Address data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.

    Data Stewardship:

    • Act as a liaison between business units and IT to promote data stewardship and data ownership.
    • Educate and train employees on data governance principles and practices.
    • Facilitate the establishment of data stewardship roles and responsibilities within the organization.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with data-related regulations, policies, and standards, including data privacy and security.
    • Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    Data Governance Council:

    • Coordinate and support the activities of the Data Governance Council, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.

    Data Management Tools:

    • Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies to support data governance initiatives.
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data governance tools.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop and maintain data governance reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality and governance activities.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - 3 Posts

    Job Description

    The IAM Engineer is responsible for implementing and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management services in line with evolving technologies and security regulations. Provide additional assurance on the outcomes of the project deliverables as an SME to ensure adequate delivery of the project.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and set up identity and access management systems along with the vendor.
    • Manage user identities and rights across numerous platforms.
    • Establish and implement IAM policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to guarantee peak operation.
    • Collaborate with IT and security departments to incorporate IAM into existing security measures.
    • Conduct frequent audits and compliance checks on access restrictions.
    • Keep current with the newest IAM technology and best practices.
    • Provide technical assistance and training for IAM systems.
    • Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
    • Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
    • Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
    • Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required.
    • Be part of the deployment of IAM turnkey solution.
    • Along with the vendor design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
    • Provide level 2 and level 3 support and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure)
    • Collaborate with IT teams to establish and maintain user IDs, roles, and permission sets across all applications
    • Assist in driving adoption alongside the internal teams
    • Participate in revisions and updates of Internal Controls.
    • Assist auditors and develop reporting options to elaborate and clarify findings.Interact with the Information Security team to identify and address potential concerns and necessary remediations connected to Identity Access Management (IAM).
    • Lead the Access Management workstream including review of applications access rights, role definitions etc.

    Other Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or similar area of study
    • Experience with Windows, Lunix / Unix, scripting, LDAP, SQL, and web services.
    • Experience in one of IAM solutions such as: CyberArk, NetIQ, Oracle, Evidian, ForgeRock, OIM, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint, Shibboleth, Thycotic, Beyond Trust, Wallix, Ping Identity
    • Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc. Preferred Certifications
    • Certified Identity and Access Manager
    • Certified Identity and Security Technologist
    • Certified Identity Management Professional

    Key Critical Competencies:

    • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Experience in performing vendor management
    • Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
    • Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
