    After Sales Support Lead

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee client support service of electronic security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, Electric Fence, Public Address and Voice Alarms, Building, IPBAX, Speedstiles, Tripods, Intercom, Electric Gates, and Fire Alarm systems among other systems.
    • Create trust relationships with clients
    • Lead, develop, and motivated a team of service technicians
    • Continuously update, maintain, and manage accurate data on after-sales services for our clientele
    • Ensure all upgrade requirements are reported to clients and to the supervisor in writing through job cards and also informed verbally.
    • To board new clients to the support experience after project handover
    • To analyze support reports or jobs for status of calls, and part replacements, raise quotations for part replacements, and follow up for client approvals
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for all support calls and maintenance
    • Own and manage all After Sales Service KPIs (cost, first-time fix, call turnaround time, productivity output, and efficiency ratio per employee) to achieve maximum efficiency
    • Responsible for attending to client support meetings
    • Coach and support the team to comply with best practices and company standards
    • To handle complaints from clients professionally and escalate when necessary
    • To ensure clients are properly trained on systems installed
    • To work with the technical department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high-use parts
    • To carry out any other tasks as may be directed by the Management.

    Qualifications:

    • A Diploma or Degree from any recognized institution in a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an After Sales Support executive.
    • Working knowledge of multiple security functions and security-driven technology solutions is an added advantage.
    • Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented.
    • Effective planning and efficient execution.
    • Working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
    • Enthusiastic and committed with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
    • Self-driven and able to work under minimal or no supervision.
    • Proficient in managing and leading teams.
    • Good knowledge of technology-driven security solutions and willingness to continually acquire new skills.
    • Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • A good team player.

    Full Stack Developer

    Key Responsibilities

    Application Development:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications based on the company’s requirements and specifications.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., PHP (Laravel & Symfony Frameworks)C#, Python, React, Angular, Node, etc.)
    • This app should the SQL- based on databases (Maria-db, MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL)

    Requirement Analysis:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to gather and understand application requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions accordingly.

    Software Architecture:

    • Design software architecture and components, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
    • Incorporate best practices and industry standards into application development.

    Coding and Testing:

    • Write code that adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
    • Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and fix bugs or issues.

    Documentation:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Head of app development, Head of R&D, designers, product managers, and quality assurance testers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
    • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance application functionality, performance, and user experience.

    Security and Compliance:

    • Implement security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

    Support and Maintenance:

    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

    Project Management:

    • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience working as a Full Stack Developer proven experience in software development, including designing and building applications.
    • Proficiency in programming languages, development frameworks, and tools relevant to the company’s technology stack – PHP & LARAVEL.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
    • Familiarity with database management systems, APIs, and web services. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
    • The ability to develop both Native and Hybrid mobile apps is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills

    Pre-Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Verify and approve the BOQ that is derived by the design team
    • Prepare a detailed commercial proposal for the project
    • Design and prepare Technical and Commercial Bids for Tenders and Customized Electronic Security Solution offerings.
    • Solution presentation to potential clients.
    • Gaining a clear understanding of the Client’s requirements
    • Taking clients for site visits and demos

    Qualification

    • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA in Marketing.
    • Sales/Marketing Professional courses will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as presales personnel
    • Knowledge and experience in security management solutions i.e. Entrance control, Access control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, CCTV, and BMS systems will be an added advantage.
    • Should be very well conversant with MS Office packages
    • Excellent hands-on skills in Microsoft EXCEL, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work on own initiative, and meet the sales targets within the stipulated deadlines.
