    Medical Sales Representative - Mt Kenya Region

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet personal sales targets across the full product/service range in designated markets or regions.
    • Sales Process and Relationship Development: Develop customer relationships, conduct product presentations, gather feedback, demonstrate products, manage client accounts, resolve complaints, and stay updated on clinical data.
    • Trends and Analysis: Monitor competition, analyze market trends, cipic identify risks and opportunities, prepare sales materials, and
    • maintain customer contact records.
    • Customer and Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure adherence to policies, provide customer support and guidance, adhere to SLAS, and conduct compliance audits.
    • Financial Management: Contribute to budget planning, monitor cost center spending, analyze cost-benefit ratios, and report monthly financial variances.
    • Cross-Functional Integration - Matrix Management: Adhere to SLA performance criteria, promote service culture, and optimize business service delivery.
    • Experience: Three years experience In the Mt Kenya region.

    Business Intelligence Analyst

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Intelligence Analyst located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Cipla, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions and strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
    • Experience in Pharmaceuticals is an added advantage

    Training Manager

    Accountabilities

    • Develop training material and presentations for product knowledge training module and share the same with respective stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment to product portfolios.
    • Product training includes training on basic pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, pathology, signs and symptoms and diagnostic criteria according to relevant guidelines, then focus on the relevant products, the product mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, indications, dosage and side effects.
    • Develop training material and presentations for product knowledge training module and share the same with respective stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment to product portfolios.
    • Product training includes training on basic pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, pathology, signs and symptoms and diagnostic criteria according to relevant guidelines, then focus on the relevant products, the product mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, indications, dosage and side effects.
    • Manage and conduct product knowledge training program for the scripting & OTC departments
    • Conduct product knowledge training programs for other stakeholders as and when required. (Distribution centres, marketing team etc.)
    • Develop and administer training evaluation through tests, worksheets, class projects etc. depending on the product portfolio to ensure complete understanding of the training contents
    • Manage and organize mock sales calls for new joiners with medical advisors/regional managers to evaluate their understanding of products and sales process
    • Liaise with marketing managers & medical teams to ensure alignment of training objectives with functional goal and plans
    • Liaise with the respective stakeholders to provide feedback and resolve issues if any concerning to the training content, updates or new joiners

    Educational qualifications:

    • Degree in health science with knowledge of commercial/marketing function in pharmaceutical industry. Masters in Health Sciences is an added advantage.

    Relevant experience:

    • 5-7 years in training with 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical industry
    • Minimum 5 years as a medical sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • People skills and coordination skills along with ability to communicate.
