    Science Teacher

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Biology and Chemistry or Physics and Chemistry, aligning with the IGCSE curriculum and school guidelines.
    • Create and implement instructional materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids to cater to various learning styles and abilities.
    • Promote critical thinking and analytical skills among students while encouraging them to explore and discover scientific concepts independently.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students’ academic, emotional, and social development.

    Responsibilities

    • Motivate and stimulate a child’s learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience
    • Provide pastoral care and support to children within a secure learning environment
    • Assist with the development of a child’s personal, social, language and physical coordination abilities
    • Develop and produce visual aids and teaching resources

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying prospects and following up on clients to generate business; identifying business opportunities and analysing sales options; meet sales goals set by the management and foster meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sponsorship Program Management:
    • Develop, implement, and oversee the sponsorship program, ensuring it aligns with the foundation’s mission and objectives.
    • Identify potential beneficiaries who require educational support and conduct needs assessments to determine eligibility.
    • Maintain accurate records of sponsored students, their progress, and any additional support they require.
    • Donor Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, communicating regularly to provide updates on sponsored students’ progress, achievements, and challenges.
    • Develop strategies to attract new sponsors and funding sources through networking, outreach, and promotional events.
