    Project Manager

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage projects across various industries, including tech, call centres, BPO, financial services, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, whether managing teams or coordinating virtual and remote projects. This role demands strong leadership, coaching abilities, and the capacity to implement performance management systems effectively. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Project Leadership & Management:

    • Oversee and manage projects across different departments (Tech, BPO, Financial Services, Health Care).
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

    Virtual & Remote Team Management:

    • Monitor project status and team performance remotely, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
    • Develop KPIs to measure success in project outcomes, employee engagement, and overall performance.
    • Analyze project data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the tech, BPO, financial services, healthcare, or call centre industries.
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
    • Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and dispute resolution.
    • Proficient in using CRM, project management, and time-tracking tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in both in-office and virtual/remote environments.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with call centre operations and remote work dynamics is an advantage.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or relevant certification is a plus

    Lubes Supply Planner

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate lubricants supply planning activities (from raw/ packaging materials to Finished Goods) and manage supply planning to primary supply locations.
    • Coordinate all the raw/ packaging materials lubricants orders with suppliers to ensure that they can meet delivery schedules.
    • Arrange monthly collaborative meetings between the organization and Suppliers to communicate the Monthly Supply Plan, monitor and report on Supplier performance and review any supply chain constraints and provide recommendations for resolution.
    • Ensure prompt processing of supplier invoices
    • Ensure compliance with the stock management policy, through monthly reporting of variances and quarterly review of stock policy, provide alignment on safety stock and re-order levels.
    • Maintain enough inventory to meet demands without overstocking. 
    • Collaborating with distribution, production, and other supply chain department team members.
    • Managing suppliers to deliver quality packaging materials on time consistently and sometimes under short notice
    • Satisfy the customer by ensuring stocks are availed ON TIME IN FULL against challenging sales forecast signals.

    Requirements

    • University degree preferably business oriented filed
    • Two years’ working experience required.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MRP system (ASCP Oracle) is an added advantage
    • Be a person of high integrity, self-driven, able to work under pressure.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations within the Tech, Call Center, BPO, Financial Services, or Healthcare sectors.
    • Proven track record of leading remote and on-site teams to achieve business targets.
    • Strong experience in using CRM tools for performance management and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Excellent leadership, training, and coaching skills with a focus on employee development and retention.
    • Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
