    Sales and Solutions Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Making effective sales representations to prospective clients.
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports and action plans.
    • Successful promotion of the company’s interests, increased market share, and growing product sales.
    • Ensuring that targets are met within the budgeting profits margins.
    • Developing and implementing strategies for increasing revenue.
    • Protection, growth and development of the already existing client base.
    • Ensure client’s inquiries and requests are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity, provision of market information and intelligence.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have At least 5 years specific work Experience in an Engineering solutions-orientated environment (Civil/Construction, Manufacturing, Other), with at least 3 years in Sales, with a favourable sales record
    • Must have experience working in a sales/commercial qualification of at least 3 years
    • Should have great communication and written skills.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Promptly address and respond to sales inquiries.
    • Support the CEO in managing, filing, updating, and sharing rates with clients interested in booking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance across departments.

    Electrical Engineer – Outskirts of Homabay, Kenya

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and implement electrical systems for new projects and upgrades.
    • Develop plans and specifications for electrical systems that conform to industry standards and meet client requirements.
    • Evaluate and recommend modifications to existing electrical systems to improve performance and efficiency.
    • Manage and maintain the company’s electrical systems, including the National Kenya Power grid, integrated solar systems, and generators.
    • Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the electrical systems.
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment such as generators, water pumps, blowers, among others.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
    • Must have a minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in managing electrical systems and equipment preferably at supervisory level.
    • Experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for new projects and upgrades.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in using electrical engineering software and tools.
    • Experience managing an integrated grid-solar-BESS solution a plus.

    Sales Executive – (Somali Speakers)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clearly understand the KPI and the annual sale target required to the role, manage the profitability of the sales in the assigned area to ensure an adequate return and annual sale targets can be achieved.
    • Responsible for conducting East Africa market analysis, providing regular updates on market status and monitoring and evaluating competitors’ activities and products.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 4 years working experience in heavy machinery sales.
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Problem solving and analytical capability.
    • Excellent business writing and communication skills.
    • Understanding of sales, costing, and margins etc.
    • Driven, positive and excellent organizational and negotiating skill.
    • Somali speakers are desirable.
