    Spa / Wellness Center Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance across departments.
    • Manage, train, and coordinate staff, including handling HR issues, assisting HR with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
    • Drive branch sales performance.
    • Ensure efficient operational processes and cost-effective management.
    • Foster a positive work environment and handle client feedback effectively to increase client retention.
    • Ensure departmental compliance and manage equipment processes.
    • Oversee maintenance schedules and maintain facility records.
    • Ensure company policies are followed and manage staff schedules.
    • Organize team training sessions and monitor performance.
    • Manage external parties such as contractors and public health officers.
    • Facility management by ensuring all spa rooms, nail areas, and staff common areas are in top-notch condition.
    • Communicate changes, report growth opportunities, and perform other duties as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree, masters is highly preferred.
    • Must have 7+ years of team management experience in a service-related industry.
    • Must have strong leadership and management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to push sales and manage a team handling all HR related matters.
    • Must be able to uphold responsibility, integrity, honesty, and a customer-centric approach.
    • Professional and solution-oriented personality.
    • Knowledge of scheduling software systems is desirable.

    Sales Manager (Lubricants)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company’s sales objectives for lubricants within the assigned territory.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics as necessary
    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the assigned territory.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
    • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities that support sales efforts.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.

      Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, 3 of which should be on a managerial position preferably in the lubricant or related industry.
    • Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Facilities Management Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Regularly inspect the properties to ensure everything is in working order and fully functional.
    • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the properties are always well presented for potential guests.
    • Market the bungalows and individual rooms through appropriate channels to attract tenants.
    • Manage the sales process, including responding to inquiries, securing bookings, and upselling accommodation options.
    • Collect, manage, and bank rental income from tenants.
    • Track and reconcile expenses and income, providing detailed financial reports.
    • Welcome guests and respond promptly to any requests or issues they may have during their stay.
    • Ensure the security and safety of all assets, including equipment and property.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or any related real estate field.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb).
    • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and stakeholders.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Basic knowledge of property maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.

    Duties:

    Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of industrial lubricants and their applications.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
