    Sr. Radiologic Technologist

    Job Summary

    • The Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining quality invasive diagnostic data during all studies performed in the cardiac catheterization laboratory on inpatients and outpatients ranging from adult to geriatric age.
    • Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

    Required Qualifications

    • Graduate of an American Medical Association approved school for Radiologist Technologists.
    • Must have 2 years experience in invasive vascular procedures.
    • 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or equivalent professional experience.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry

    • MRAD:CA; FLRAD:CA; RTR;
    • American Heatlh Association CPR/BLS

    Security Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for the prevention and detection of losses to the hospital through patrols and physical security checks, reports, observations and through participates in investigations. Provide effective response to incidents and emergencies.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

    Required Qualifications

    • Acceptable work experience as determined by Manager, Public Safety.
    • Bureau of Security and Investigative Services Certification/Guard Card.
    • SECURITY GUARD REG PERMIT (SEC GUARD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year documented experience in security or law enforcement preferred.

    Registered Nurse

    Job Summary

    • Under the Director or designee, the staff nurse provides and documents, goals-oriented nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of St. Mary's Medical Center.
    • The staff nurse utilizes principles of the nursing process and coordinates clinically related activities to provide for the effective delivery of healthcare. Responsible to supervise the care given by the Licensed Vocational Nurses, Licensed Psychiatric Technicians. Hospital/Psychiatric Attendants, and other working under his/her direction.

    Required Qualifications

    • A minimum of two years recent experience as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital, one of which is a year of recent experience in critical care with demonstrated knowledge of homodynamic monitoringCath Lab experience is vastly preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry
    • Bachelor's degree. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in nursing or equivalent professional experience
    • Possess the knowledge of both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures and techniques, which includes equipment, accessories, surgical procedures, sterile technique, patient assessment and nursing intervention.
    • Full command both verbal and written, of the English language.
    • The physical dexterity and perceptive acuity (i.e., visual, and hearing) to satisfactorily perform all required duties.
    • Training

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Cath Lab experience is vastly preferred.

    • Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California
    • Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
