    Tours and Travel Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and targets.
    • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and provide tailored travel solutions.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
    • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals.
    • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support, handling any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional activities and ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
    • Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales trends and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the tours and travel industry or a related field is a must
    • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of travel products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
    • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Full Stack Developer

    Talented and experienced Full-Stack Software Developer with a strong understanding of both front end and back-end development technologies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack software solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
    • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. 
    • Building responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Developing server-side applications using languages like C# and Java. Knowledge of frameworks is an added advantage. 
    • Integrating third-party services and APIs to enhance the functionality of applications. 
    • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
    • Performing thorough testing and debugging to ensure application reliability, security, and performance. 
    • Implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the deployment process. 
    • Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and applying them to improve our products. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proficiency in Java, C#. 
    • Proven experience as a full stack developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects. 
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 
    • Experience with frameworks such as .NET, Springboot, Django/Flask or similar.
    • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) and agile development methodologies. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and skills.
