    Regional Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the chemicals industry.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in chemicals sales, with a strong network of industry contacts.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively within the region as required.

    Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of the Industrial chemicals and mining industry, including market trends, products, and competitors.

    • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    Techno-Commercial Representative

    Job Summary:
    Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Techno-Commercial Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives, enhance existing product ranges, oversee formulation and packing lines, and provide technical support to customers within the food ingredients sector. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market understanding, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and improvement of products within the food ingredients portfolio.
    • Supervision of Formulation & Packing Lines: Oversee and optimize formulation processes and packing lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards and regulations.
    • Customer Visits & Technical Support: Engage with customers to provide technical expertise, offer solutions, and address inquiries related to product usage, applications, and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
    • Transaction Closure: Collaborate with sales teams to assist in finalizing transactions by providing technical insights, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth process from product presentation to procurement.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of [ 4 years] of experience in product development and technical support within the food manufacturing industry, particularly in spices, seasonings, baking ingredients, and related segments.

    Senior Relationship Manager (SRM)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of at least 100 large corporate and SME clients, ensuring the growth of both assets and liabilities while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and engagement.
    • Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling the bank’s products and services.
    • Credit Quality Management: Monitor the credit quality of the portfolio, proactively managing risks and ensuring compliance with the bank's credit policies and procedures.
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for corporate business growth in alignment with the bank's annual and tri-annual objectives.
    • Product and Service Expansion:  Increase the penetration of banking products and services within the existing client base, focusing on enhancing the client experience and deepening client relationships.
    • Trade Finance Development: Drive the growth of trade finance business among importers/exporters, leveraging the bank’s capabilities and international network.
    • Collaboration and Synergies: Foster collaboration with other departments such as Treasury, Retail Banking, and international counterparts to create synergies and optimize client service delivery.
    • Networking and Market Presence: Actively engage in networking activities to enhance the bank's market presence and generate new business opportunities within the region.
    • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on portfolio performance, including growth metrics, profitability, and risk management to senior management and relevant committees.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective talent development and succession planning.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Portfolio Growth (Assets, Liabilities, and Off-Balance Sheet Exposures)
    • Increase in Product and Service Utilization among Corporate Clients
    • Growth in Trade Finance Revenue and Volume
    • Maintenance of High Credit Quality and Compliance Standards
    • Achievement of Profitability and Productivity Targets

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
    • Professional qualifications in accountancy, banking, or a related field.
    • At least 8 years of experience in banking, with a minimum of 3 years in corporate banking or relationship management at a senior level.
    • Proven track record in managing large corporate and SME clients and driving portfolio growth.
    • Strong business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
    • Excellent understanding of corporate banking products, trade finance, and risk management.
