    Marketing Officer

    About the role.

    As the Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing all marketing activities for the college. This role requires a proactive and independent approach to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aimed at increasing student enrollments, enhancing the college’s brand visibility, and engaging with various stakeholders, including corporates, high schools, and educational institutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring student upgrades by implementing strategies that support student progression and success within the college. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of the college’s brand.

     Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to meet enrollment goals and promote the college’s programs and services.
    • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Create actionable marketing plans with clear objectives, strategies, and performance indicators.

    Campaign Development and Execution: 

    • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

    Stakeholder Relations:

    • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, high schools, and other key stakeholders to drive partnerships and collaborations.
    • Represent the college at promotional events, fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engage potential students.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including metrics on campaign success, student engagement, and enrollment figures.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.

    Independent Execution:

    • Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations on marketing- related matters to support strategic decision-making.

    Ensure Student Upgrade:

    • Develop and Promote Advancement Programs: Create and market programs or initiatives designed to support students in advancing to higher levels of their education, such as moving from undergraduate to graduate programs or progressing through different stages of their current program.
    • Design Retention Strategies: Implement strategies that focus on retaining students by addressing their needs, providing additional resources, and promoting academic and personal development opportunities.
    • Enhance Academic Support: Work with academic departments to promote tutoring, mentoring, and other support services that help students succeed and move to the next level in their studies.
    • Communicate Success Stories: Highlight and share success stories of students who have successfully progressed or upgraded within the college to inspire and motivate others.
    • Organize Workshops and Seminars: Arrange events or workshops that provide students with information about advanced study options, career opportunities, and how to make the most of their time at the college.
    • Track Progress and Gather Feedback: Monitor student progress and gather feedback to understand the challenges students face in upgrading. Use this information to refine and improve the support strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on higher education or a similar service industry.
    • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably in a college or university setting.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong strategic and proactive thinking skills with the ability to drive marketing initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
    • Highly presentable, modern, and confident, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

    Digital Marketer

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build, and manage the company’s social media presence.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and enhance landing pages for an optimized user experience.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, particularly focused on Google (AdWords and organic search) and social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
    • Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO strategies.
    • Set up and monitor profitable pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various networks and platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize conversion rates to maximize return on investment.
    • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to support data-driven marketing decisions.
    • Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional material development.
    • Oversee website management and ensure it aligns with marketing goals.
    • Participate in special marketing events, including market activations and fairs.
    • Generate qualified leads
    • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing,/Business or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Experience in Graphic design tools will be an added advantage 
    • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing (photo/video/text), and visual content.
    • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage and motivate.
    • Proficient in key social media marketing tools.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
    • Skilled in using editing software like CANVA, Snappa, Photoshop, and video editing programs.
    • Proven success in content creation that attracts and engages target audiences.
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
    • Professionalism and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong data analytics skills for informed decision-making.
    • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to film and edit content.

    Senior Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options, prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in assigned accounts and prospects.
    • Facilitate customer relationships to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
    • Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending appropriate solutions.
    • Follow up on all leads, requests, and quotes issued to new or potential clients to secure business.

    • At least 3 years of demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
    • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and assessing competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Understanding of real estate to effectively market and communicate the company’s unique offerings.
    • Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of products and services, both in writing and verbally.
    • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and handle multiple initiatives.
    • Confidence in presenting to clients and stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze data, write reports, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
