    Sales Manager-Real Estate

    Job Purpose:

    As a Sales Manager specializing in off-plan real estate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote our projects effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to support the company's overall objectives and growth.

    The ideal candidate should have experience selling high-end properties, specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share, and maximize revenue for off-plan properties.
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales closures, and implement corrective measures as needed to optimize results.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing them with personalized support, guidance, and solutions throughout the sales process.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, and incorporate findings into sales strategies and product development initiatives.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and projections, and collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives and targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, project development, finance, and legal departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, project timelines, legal requirements, and financial considerations.
    • Coordinate and conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations, documentation, payments, and post-sales support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field and relevant professional certification is a plus.
    • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of off-plan property sales processes and market dynamics in Kenya.
    • Experience selling high-end properties, specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
    • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
    • Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
    • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

    Sales Executive -Off-Plan Real Estate

    As a Sales Executive specializing in off-plan real estate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our projects to prospective buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals effectively.

    The ideal candidate should have experience selling high-end properties, specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information about our off-plan properties, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
    • Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients, showcasing the unique features, benefits, and investment opportunities of our off-plan projects.
    • Effectively negotiate sales terms and prices with prospective buyers, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting the needs and preferences of clients.
    • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including preparing sales agreements, collecting payments, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

    Key Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must have experience selling High end properties and dealing with Asian community as clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of off-plan real estate sales processes, legal regulations, and market dynamics in Kenya is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
