    Senior Manager - Card Issuing

    Key Responsibilities

    • Development and implementation of strategies necessary to achieve a sustained growth in revenues & profitability through the card business. 
    • Retain and enhance business relationships from existing and potential customer base through delivery of excellent customer experiences.
    • Develop, market and monitor the Cards business, with the aim of ensuring that the Bank remains competitive and keeps track with dynamic digital/Card/Channel environment.
    • Direct involvement in overall business strategy, tactics, and objectives necessary to deliver on Channel Business expectations. Include strategy management planning events, regular one-to-one discussions with peer senior managers.
    • Lead and develop an effective team through training. Communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
    • Implement the Group compliance policy by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Manager Risk and Compliance, ensuring adequate compliance resources, risk mitigation and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators.
    • Create and implement well-orchestrated action plans including engagement with regulators. Knowledge of all regulatory changes and operational environment and assures compliance with current regulations.
    • Develop budgets to ensure cost containment.

    Manager, Customer Excellence Systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing the highest level of technical skill and expertise in Cisco PCCE, Dynamics CRM, ZOOM Customer Insights and Windows and Linux Operating systems and related network services protocols such as TCPIP, Telnet and DNS
    • Monitoring and supporting the availability of the customer experience systems including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics Servers, Cisco PCCE, Calrec and Customer insights servers and client telephony endpoints.

    • Design and oversee new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.

    Job Description
    Key responsibilities include:

    • Backend administration of CX Systems – Cisco PCCE, ZOOM Calrec, PCS IVR and Wallboard UCM –Cluster3 and Customer Analytics System.         
    • Dynamics CRM administration – License Management, Service Uptime, Reports Management and Workflow Maintenance

    Relationship Manager, SAHL Banking (Coast Region)

    Manager Financial Accounts

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and ensure all necessary intercompany transactions are identified and eliminated.
    • Manage the month end reporting timetable across all Group entities. 
    • Produce monthly management reporting packs including performance insights and comments.
    • Drive monthly financial statement close process ensuring timely closure and opening of the subledgers and general ledgers to entrench consistency in financial reporting process.

    MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
    • Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • Professional qualifications in financial analysis or Master's degree in a business related field is an added advantage

    Finance Manager - Planning & Budgeting

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with subsidiary finance functions to prepare and consolidate annual forecast, budgets, and related key performance indicators.
    • Coordinate alignment of subsidiary financial plans and budgets to the approved Group strategic themes. 
    • Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations

    Principal QA Engineer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the development, customization, deployment, and maintenance of the reliable and scalable test automation frameworks for all systems and applications.
    • Perform Unit Testing, API Testing, Integration Testing, system testing and automated regression testing and collaborate with developers to conduct end-to-end defect analysis and resolution of defects, and in reviewing test results for maximum test coverage.
    • Lead the modelling and execution of non-functional tests such as performance, load, stress, security, operational acceptance, business continuity testing and chaos engineering, and ensures that solutions meet the minimum baseline standards and benchmarks before deployment to production. 
    • Formulate non-functional test strategies which includes decomposing the business and technical requirements into test scenarios, defining test data requirements, managing test case creation, devising contingencies plans and other testing preparation activities.
    • Lead formal reviews of test plans, designs, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and requirements documents with cross-functional teams for both functional and non-functional testing to ensure maximum test coverage while championing the discipline of test-driven development in the organization.
    • Participate in Continuous integration (CI) / Continuous Development (CD) delivery models, create execution pipelines and integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipeline.
    • Work with the production and software engineering teams in supporting solution deployments and in resolving low level post deployment systems issues.
    • Participate in solution architecture and design discussions and reviews both logical and physical deployment architectures to ensure that the key solution architecture attributes are incorporated.
    • Coach and mentor QA Engineers in test automation best practices, frameworks and SDET discipline.
    • Management and maintenance of Test Environments on premise and on the cloud platforms.

    Principal Business Analyst - T24 CBS

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads project teams and vendors to drive the business needs and expectations by ensuring business intent is well understood and delivered.
