    PMO Officer

    The Opportunity

    The PMO Officer will support activities across multiple workstreams within the portfolio of change. The officer will ensure Portfolio governance and reporting standards and routines are followed and maintained by major suppliers and smaller contractors. The PMO Officer will partner with members of the Strategic change portfolio, may be expected to line manage more junior staff within the PMO, and will track and report on Portfolio level risks, issues, and changes to the budget.

    About You

    You will be a highly efficient and organised individual who can prioritise and multitask. You will also have excellent communication and relationship development skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Project, (Web Online version welcome), Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, and Teams (Visio is also highly desirable).

    Additionally, you will have:

    • Experience working in a global environment.
    • Good working knowledge of Project Management best practices, tools, and techniques and the ability to run already embedded processes within a Portfolio.
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience in reporting on change initiatives and contributing to governance processes.
    • Good people skills with some coaching or mentoring experience.
    • Experience in assessing and reporting on risks
    • Ability to provide delivery support to multiple projects and stakeholders at one time
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
    • Highly organised approach with the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and meet stakeholder expectations
    • Ability to manage and present information using a range of tools including MS Project, Excel, Jira, Trello & PowerPoint

    Business Analyst

    The Opportunity

    The Business Analyst (Financial Performance and Grants Analytics) role has been designed to enhance Plan International's financial performance and grant management processes. This role involves analysing financial data, providing insights into financial performance, and supporting effective grant management. The Business Analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate and timely financial and grant-related information, aiding strategic decision-making and improving grant compliance.

    About you 

    You have significant experience in Financial analysis preferably in an NGO. Your knowledge of financial analysis involves complex data interpretation.  You have experience with grants management and compliance and working collaboratively across functions. Your skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is advanced.
