    General Manager

    General Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate, manage and monitor the running of all departments in the organization.
    • Ensure proper reports are given, plan for weekly departmental meetings and oversee general report review of the HODs monthly.
    • Review financial statements and data with the HOD to check the plan.
    • Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
    • Supervises the accounts team on the current work being done and controls the stock and inventory team by supervising and reviewing their reports and action plan given for the year.
    • Approve all internal and external communication before shared to the staff.
    • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services and facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

    Qualifications for the General Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Business Management or related field
    • 5 – 10 years senior-leadership experience supervising seasoned staff
    • Must have a good understanding of the property management industry

    Area Sales Supervisor

    Area Officer Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee day to day operations of up to ten shops.
    • Check at daily visit POS, merchandising and display.
    • Check at daily visit structure and electrical components.
    • Conduct and verify continuously proper stock management procedures.
    • Ensure that all cash is collected and immediately sent to head office
    • Identify none-compliance / assure compliance of Operators with all internal policies & procedures
    • Report to ROM on all stock takes in all shops within assigned area and also support the operations and supply chain team with information as and when needed.

    Qualifications for the Area Officer Job

    • Diploma / Degree in Business management or business related courses.
    • 2 years working experience in similar business.
    • Sales Experience is an added advantage.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English and Swahili.
    • Proficient with standard office software (incl. MS Word and MS Excel or equivalent).
    • Is conversant with the cultures of Narok and Kajiado County

    Manufacturing - Executive Assistant

    Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the day to day smooth running of the Chief Finance and Operating Officer, Group Financial
    • Controller and Group Technical Manager.
    • Deal with senior staff employee leaves and requests, overseeing the workload timelines are being met, booking of air tickets, typing adhoc reports given from time to time.
    • Administering and helping maintain sites such as BOX, GOOGLE DRIVE
    • Managing an active calendar of meetings and appointments for the management staff assigned
    • Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature and determine the appropriate course of action (in consultation with the executives as appropriate)
    • Attend board meetings and other company meetings at the invite of the CEO or other Senior Staff to track and manage agreed deliverables
    • Diary management to include arranging meetings/video conferences, conference calls in multiple countries, booking conferences etc.
    • Organizing extensive travel itineraries and visas.

    Qualifications for the Executive Assistant Job

    • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
    • 3 -4 years experience in similar position
    • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
    • Discreet individual, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
    • Strong sense of initiative
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
