    Management Trainees - Animal Science

    The successful candidate must be a holder of a Degree in either Animal Science or Veterinary and must be willing to relocate out of Nairobi.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure flock units are ready one week to placement.
    • Ensure dry, porous, pliable litter at any given time.
    • Ensure effective management of overtime hours at any given stage of flock development.
    • Ensure quarantine procedures are well understood and followed by all farm staff.
    • Make regular checks on the farm house feed stores.
    • Effective communication to team members on updates.
    • Ensure feed distribution is effected within the given time and as per the set standard.
    • Participating in any other duties that shall be assigned by the Manager.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Degree in either Animal Science or Veterinary.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and results oriented.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Must have a strong personality and focused.

    Marketing Manager - Team Leader

    The ideal candidate is an accomplished marketing leader who is dynamic, strategic, analytical, and creative with a strong focus on revenue. He / she is expected to think of big ideas, consistently deliver big results and MUST have a minimum of 3 years of experience in senior management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work with cross-functional groups to identify, develop, and implement marketing programs.
    • Work with senior management to identify, engage, and cultivate partner relationships.
    • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
    • Own and build the Company brand story.
    • Ensure messaging and visual brand guidelines are established and adhered to.
    • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of overall marketing activities.
    • Manage, motivate and provide direction to entire marketing department.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience marketing (with at least 3 years in a senior management).
    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
    • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
    Must have fundamental understanding of overall business model including role of marketing.
    Must have ability to analyse data – micro and macro – and drive short and midterm strategy.
    Must have a track record of building, leading, motivating and managing high-performing team.
    • Demonstrated experience in all facets of marketing.
    • Ability to establish standards, analyse data and communicate marketing performance metrics.
    • Oversight and detailed management of marketing budget.
    • Sharp visual eye for intelligent and effective design.
