    Marketing Officer – HR Consulting (Nairobi)

    • The job holder is responsible for increasing income and revenue by managing, negotiating, and meeting clients’ needs, generating leads, and qualifying prospects for businesses in the areas of open training, in-house training, and general consultancies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market and sell labour outsourcing, HR consultancies and trainings to both potential and existing clients.
    • Supporting existing businesses.
    • Initiate client/prospect meetings for new sales opportunities through booking appointments.
    • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
    • Enhance relationship management for new and existing business to maintain and grow the customer base.
    • Make presentations to potential clients to promote new products and special deals available.
    • Carry out market intelligence and giving constant feedback to the business on trends in the market.
    • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients after service delivery.
    • Develop consultancy proposals for potential assignments.
    • Responsible for proposal development for sourcing of business.
    • Recruitment and timely placement.
    • Ensure compliance with required bodies.
    • Key Performance Indicators
    • Seamless implementation of assignments to client’s standards.
    • Successful operation of new and existing business.
    • High-level customer satisfaction for repeat business.
    • Developing high-quality proposals.
    • Identify, source, and supervise trainers and consultants to meet the demands of the
    • Training assignment.
    • Successfully deliver reports to the clients’ satisfaction.

    Candidate’s profile

    • Degree in Human Resources/ marketing or Certified Human Resources Professional.
    • Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in a HR Consultancy firm is an added advantage.
    • Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
    • Experience in Marketing and sales in a consultancy firm.
