Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Chief. Project Management And Administration Unit, of the Economy Division in Paris, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties for the GEF climate change mitigation portfolio of projects: Human Resource Management

Education
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in business or public administration, finance, accounting, law or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Work Experience
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in administration, finance, accounting, human resources management or related field. At least 2 years of experience in financial and administrative management of projects is desirable. At least 2 year of experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning software is desirable.
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in written and oral English is required.
Assessment
Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
