For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have
A Bachelors degree in Social Science in the following fields; Government, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Communication, International Relations, Public Relations, Economics, Business Administration, or any other equivalent and relevant qualification from a university recognized in Kenya;
Duties and Responsibilities:-
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this grade will perform a variety of duties of limited scope and complexity under the guidance and supervision of a more senior officer. The officer may be deployed in a field unit or at the Ministry Headquarters.
