     JOB SUMMARY

    The Creative Director will be in charge of the overall design and execution for advertisements and the creative aspect of marketing initiative

     ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the creative team in developing concepts, strategies, and visual solutions that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
    • Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and develop creative briefs.
    • Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing, and incorporate them into our creative work.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
    • Present creative concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and senior management,
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to support creative projects as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role in a creative agency or in-house creative department.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums including digital, print, and multimedia.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • A passion for creativity and a commitment to excellence
