Job Description

Executing on a work stream within a project, the role develops and executes a change plan and analyses data. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts

• Analyses change data for the purpose of developing change interventions to understand the impact of the change.
• Develops workstream strategy to manage the impacts (e.g. Stakeholder management, engagement, training or organisation design strategy)
• Develops workstream plan for the duration of the change project
• Develops the required templates for the change project
• Design and develops workstream material
• Execute on workstream plan and interventions
• Measure the effectiveness of interventions and takes corrective action.
