IT Support Technician at Oneway Cleaning Services Ltd

Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an approachable, proven, high-performing, and self-motivated IT Support Technician to support our offices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer systems
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
• Manage disaster recovery process and ensure regular daily backup is taken.
• Set up antivirus and provide day-to-day support.
• Fully conversant with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office
• Provide exemplary customer service across all levels of the organization
• End User Device administration/configuration/support/troubleshooting
• Support equipment, software, and connectivity for Windows workstations, PCs, printers, internet

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in providing end-user IT support in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support Windows, Linux, and Mac OS users’ workstations.
• High level of confidentiality due to the kind of information that is interacted with daily.
• Able to travel frequently locally
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
