Litigation Partner at Gap Recruitment Services Limited

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, including providing strategic legal advice and counsel.
• Representing clients in court and before regulatory bodies.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advising clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their case, and developing strategies to achieve their goals.
• Participating in negotiations and alternative forms of dispute resolution.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and marketing the firm's litigation services.
• Collaborating with other partners and practice groups within the firm to provide a comprehensive approach to clients' legal needs.

To be a successful Litigation Partner, you should have a strong academic background, with a law degree from an accredited institution.

Also, should have an excellent track record of successfully managing and winning cases and have experience working in litigation. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build relationships with clients. Also, the ability to manage a team and provide mentorship to more junior attorneys is important.
