    Marketing Manager

    Role Overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on branding and lead generation. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and contributing to our mission of empowering tech non-profits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
    • Branding: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for ncr, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Lead Generation: Design and execute effective lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Use data to inform marketing strategies.
    • Content and Brand Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Represent ncr at industry events and conferences.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategies, branding, and lead generation.
    • Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Personal Attributes: Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Strong organizational and project management skills.
