To be successful as a Medical Supplies Category Developer at ShopIt you should be detail-oriented and adept in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment when it comes to Medical Supplies Products and complementary services. You must possess a commercial mindset fueled by integrity and have adequate comprehension of marketing and sales principles.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Medical Supplies Category Tree Development; Develop and implement category strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit targets in Medical Supplies.
• Monitoring and Adjusting Market Dynamics (Customer preferences, industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations).
• Medical Supplies products catalog and products content (Specifications); Manage Medical Supplies product assortment (planning, selection, and optimization).
• Conduct regular performance reviews of Medical Supplies product categories to ensure customer quality expectations and trends-conscious, monitoring competitor Medical Supplies products and pricing to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
• Proven Experience in product(s) category development or related roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability with Medical Supplies Products.
• Proficiency in using category management software and tools.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
