Minimum Requirements

• A degree in airline management or diploma in flight operations (a dispatch license is an added advantage)
• At least 3 years of previous experience in the airline industry in supervisory capacity, particularly in operations, customer service, or logistics.
• Knowledge of Kenya Civil Aviation regulations specifically commercial air operations, safety management etc.
• Technical proficiency in aviation software e.g., a flight booking system AeroCRS or any other GDS's
• A commitment to providing excellent service to passengers and addressing their needs effectively.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills.
