Network Administrator at Net Scaling Solutions

Job Description

1. Provide tier II/III technical support to end users regarding system outages.
2. Diagnose problems with network equipment and perform equipment repairs or upgrades when appropriate.
3. Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
4. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end- user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
5. Manage security solutions, including firewall, and intrusion detection systems.
6. Participate in network design and capacity planning.
7. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
8. Maintain system documentation.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
