Job Specification

• Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
• Collecting and compiling data on sales and marketing;
• Assisting in sales and marketing promotions of Corporation’s products;
• Assisting in preparing inventory and stock taking of the Corporation’s products;
• Sorting and dispatching products and other correspondence to the clients/customers;
• Following up on payments of goods and services delivered to the clients/customers; and Drafting routine marketing correspondences and reports.

Person Specifications

• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
• Certificate in any of the following fields: Sales and Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration /Management (Marketing Option) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in computer application skills.
• Proficiency in computer application skills.
