    Job Specification

    • The Director, Finance & Accounts, will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for coordination and management of the Finance Accounts and credit control function.

    Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • An officer at this level may be deployed in any of the following Units/Sections: Factory, Human Resource Management, General Registry, Supply Chain Management, Accounts, General Administrative Services or in any other area where their services are required.

    Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:

    • Collecting statistical records;
    • Carrying out transactions related to accounts or personnel information; filing receipts;
    • Receiving, filing and dispatching correspondence;
    • Preparing initial documents for issuance of stores;
    • Photocopying and scanning documents;
    • Indexing of documents and records and checking general office cleaning; and
    • Keeping safe custody of equipment documents and records.

    • For appointment to this Grade a candidate must have:
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) or equivalent  qualification;
    • Proficiency in computer Application Skills from a recognized institution;

    Sales and Marketing Assistant III

    Job Specification

    • Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
    • Collecting and compiling data on sales and marketing;
    • Assisting in sales and marketing promotions of Corporation’s products;
    • Assisting in preparing inventory and stock taking of the Corporation’s products;
    • Sorting and dispatching products and other correspondence to the clients/customers;
    • Following up on payments of goods and services delivered to the clients/customers; and Drafting routine marketing correspondences and reports.

    Mechanic, Job Grade III

    Job specification

    • Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
    • Maintaining safe custody of the motor vehicles spares tools and equipment  assigned;
    • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules for the Motor vehicles;
    • Maintaining and repairs of the corporation’s Motor vehicles as per set quality standards;
    • Carrying out inspection and repairs of motor vehicles as instructed by the senior
    • Transport and Logistics Officer; and
    • Repairing to minor breakdowns of the motor vehicles in the corporation.

    • For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) D plain; Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics;
    • Basic First Aid Training certificate; and Proficiency in computer applications.

    Driver III

    Job specification

    • Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:
    • Driving vehicles safely and as authorized.
    • Maintaining cleanliness of the assigned vehicle
    • Carrying out routine checks and minor mechanical repairs of the vehicles.
    • Detecting and reporting vehicle defects on time.
    • Observing and complying with the Traffic code of conduct and local authority by laws.
    • Maintaining all requisite documents and tools for the vehicle assigned, security and
    • safety of the vehicle on and off the road, passengers, and goods therein.

    Person Specifications

    • For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) D plain;
    • A valid driving license for any class of vehicle assigned to drive;
    • Certificate of Good Conduct;
    • Certificate in Suitability Test Trade test;
    • Certificate in Basic First Aid Training; and
    • Proficiency in computer applications skills.

    Office Assistant III

    Job specification

    •  Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-
    • Cleaning offices, machines/equipment/apparatus;
    • Maintenance of general cleanliness around the offices by collection and disposal of litter;
    • Collecting and disposing waste including papers and ensure general proper sanitation;
    • Dusting the office and ensuring habitable office conditions;
    • Moving or carrying office equipment, furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement;
    • Dispatching letters and files; and
    • Performing general gardening including landscaping, lawn scarping, cutting grass, weeding, and pruning.

    Person Specifications

    • For appointment to this Grade a candidate must have: -
    • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D Plain or its equivalent and relevant qualification;
    • Proficiency in computer applications skills from a recognized institution;
    • Certificate of good conduct from Kenya Police Service;
