    Assistant Production Officer III

    Job Specification

    • Duties and Responsibilities will entail assisting in: -
    • Implementing production plans and activities;
    • Recording of resources allocated to employees;
    • Recording of green tea received and processed;
    • Dispatching of packed tea; and Ensuring that the food and safety standards and regulations are adhered to;
    • Cleaning of the operations floors;
    • Drafting daily production reports;
    • Implementing health and safety requirements in the factory;
    • The packaging of the processed tea; and
    • Carrying out random test and analysis of tea as per standards.

    Person Specifications

    • For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:
    • Diploma in food science or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    • Proficiency in computer applications skills
