Sales Supervisor at Five Talents Africa

Our  Client, a Shoe company based in Valley Arcade, Nairobi, is seeking to hire a Sales Supervisor.  Applicants must be self-motivated with a desire to advance their Sales Careers, and should have excellent interpersonal skills, and communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili Languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to meet set targets and achieve maximum sales within specified periods
• Acquire and retain customers
• Manage customer issues and build strong relationships
• Gather and collate relevant market intelligence information
• Assist customers to select products required
• Make sure that brands are available and visible at the shop
• Any other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a relevant business course
• At least 5 years continuous sales experience with a good track record
• Individuals willing and ready to advance their sales skills
• Computer Literacy is a must and skills in using a sales operating system, tracking and recording
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• A Team player

Salary: Between Kshs 25,000 - 30,000
