    Sales Supervisor

    Sales Supervisor

    • Our client in the fashion industry is looking for a supervisor with good track record of sales. He/she will be responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve sales targets, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain the store’s overall operational standards. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, training and motivating sales associates, managing social media accounts and doing digital marketing.

    Salary: 30,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Supervise and support the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to sales associates to improve performance and develop their skills.
    • Enhance Digital marketing and social media marketing: should have vast digital marketing skills to train the team.

    Sales and Customer Service:

    • Drive and maximize sales performance through exceptional customer service and sales techniques.
    • Ensure the sales team provides a positive customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns to boost sales.

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee store operations, ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.
    • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
    • Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations and banking.

    Reporting and Communication:

    • Prepare regular sales reports for the Manager, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
    • Communicate effectively with the Manager and other departments to align on sales strategies and store initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and VIP clients.
    • Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the overall shopping experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the fashion industry.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Passion for fashion and knowledge of current fashion trends.
