Sales Supervisor, PMLS at Mindray

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and plans individual selling targets executes and drives results to meet a set target;
• Keeps follow-up with existing orders end to end to ensure the smoothness of order fulfillment;
• Manages and supports distributors of assigned country (Kenya);
• Works to enhance Mindray product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;
• Presents Mindray Patient Monitoring and Life Support products in professional fairs and exhibitions;
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plans and territory market analyses;
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules;
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management team;
• Coordinates Service team to solve customer complaints;
• Feedback to R&D team according to sales status with the purpose of product optimization;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, bio-medical, human science or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/clinical experience in the field of Medical Devices is preferred;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
• Able to travel frequently in Kenya
