Solar Design Engineer - Nairobi at Brites Management

Duties and Responsibilities

• Study and analyze of documentation of projects.
• Research, study and technical implementation of local codes/standards.
• Create designs, including layout, energy/feasibility studies.
• Create energy system designs.
• Support construction phase, interacting with PMs, Engineers and Subcontractors.

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification

• A Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in a relevant position most of which should be in the solar industry.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with PVSyst (Optional but desirable).
• Experience with PVcase (Optional but desirable).
