    Talent Management Specialist

    Description

Currently the Bank is seeking additional talent to serve in the role outlined below.

    The Talent Management Specialist assists in the implementation and execution of talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and strategy and aimed to assess, develop and manage the organization’s talent pool. The role also track progress on development and retention initiatives and supports the evaluation of the effectiveness of the talent strategies.

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Participates in the design, development, implementation and execution of talent management programs and initiatives that drive desired (leadership) behavior, increase employee engagement and mobility and accelerate performance to deliver business results.
    • Prepares and maintains a variety of written documentation, to include policies and procedures, reports and presentations, training or job aids and develops and/or conducts training on talent related topics and systems.
    • Supports the talent review process including coordination of calibration sessions, assistance with creation and tracking progress of development plans and maintaining talent profiles.
    • Works closely with Talent Development, HR Business Partner and line management to support the execution of follow up initiatives, coming from the yearly talent processes like the Talent Review process.
    • Assists in measuring and assessing the impact of all Talent Management processes – provides talent analytics.

     Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human resource or social sciences or related field
    • Relevant Professional qualification in Human Resources
    • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
    • Experience working in the financial industry will be an added advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with people of diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
    • Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.
