Training Manager at Bridge Talent Management

Job Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Training Manager with a background in the hotel or hospitality industry to assess training needs, develop and implement programs, manage budgets, and oversee employees onboarding. It requires a bachelor's degree, trainer certification, and 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management and 2 years in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing training needs 
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization and externally
• Create training materials, e.g. multimedia visual aids and presentations, 
• Managing training budgets
• Evaluating training and development progress and effectiveness
• Manage employee onboarding process
• Provide career development support
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods
• Organizing learning and development events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, etc. 
• Conduct performance reviews with the help of heads of departments, and give performance feedback.
• Conduct continuing education training

Requirements

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, hotel management, hospitality management, or a course in a relevant field.   
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Additional Qualification: Certification as a trainer
• 4–6 years of working experience in a similar role
• 3 years experience in management
• 2 years of experience working in the hospitality industry
