    Aluminum & Glass Fabricator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Taking site measurements.
    • Study site measurements, architectural drawings and specifications to determine job requirements, fabrication and installation procedures.
    • Cut, fabricate and assemble aluminium framing windows, doors, curtain walling, partitions, shower cubicles and balcony rails.
    • Know how mechanical components go together so that you can align the parts to be joined accurately.
    • Identify the type of glass that is best to be used, cut and install the glass ensuring its mounted accurately.
    • Know which screws, bolts and fixings in general are best used so that you can join the aluminium and other metal sections using appropriate bolting or riveting methods.
    • Maintain high quality standards when doing installations.
    • Have experience in using aluminium and glass machines.
    • Have experience in installing curtain walls (facades), frameless glass doors, frameless shower cubicles, glass bulconies and stainless-steel balconies.
    • Prioritise endevouring always to meet production targets set to minimize penalties for contract delays. Ensure cost effective use is made of available materials.
    • Inspect products as completed to maintain accuracy and quality control and ensure no substandard work is installed on site.
    • Foster good team spirit & communication with all staff.

    Education Qualification and Skills

    • A Certificate/Diploma in Welding and Fabrication.
    • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience working in the Aluminium fabrication industry.
    • Must have experience with Aluminium profiles from different regions ( China , India etc)
    • The ability to read and understand engineer blueprints.
    • Knowledge in using engineering manufacturing and design processes.
    • Understanding of us to work with Aluminium fabrication tools.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Good organizational skills.

    Risk Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor implementation of the bank’s policies, procedures, standards, systems and guidelines by business units and identify risk and compliance gaps to be closed (30%).
    • Conduct stress tests, sensitivity analysis and simulation for Pillar I and II risks to update the Board and MANCO the risks that bank is facing and how to mitigate them (20%).
    • Monitor full compliance against established Risk standards/benchmarks and regulatory requirements including transaction monitoring, tracking risk & compliance matrix and review of reports sent to the regulator (10%).
    • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and controls gaps; provide guidance on how to mitigate the risks identified; conduct follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented (10%).
    • Provide the necessary awareness among bank management and staff through guidance, communications and training to ensure compliance with the Bank’s Risk and Compliance framework and methodologies including regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures, standards and guidelines (10%).
    • Oversee the company’s passion fruit growing and other proposed project Provide regular reporting as required on risk and compliance including Dashboards ad Reports for Financial, Credit and Operational risk, compliance and AML/CFT reports, quarterly Board reports and Risk Management Reports MANCO (10%).
    • • Adequacy of personal competence through continuous professional and technical education to effectively perform risk and compliance tasks (10%).
    • • Conduct identification and assessment of the risk and compliance gaps for each functional area/department of the bank and recommend controls to reduce residual risk.
    • Conduct independent monitoring and oversight of the stop loss limits, VAR limits, counter party limits, country risk limits, rate tolerance limits and trader limits in the system.
    • Conduct gap analysis and stress tests for IRBB, forex risk, credit risk and liquidity risk to update the Board and MANCO the risk that bank is running and how to mitigate them.
    • Develop, validate and back test robust financial risk measurement models.
    • Carry out independent price validation of all revaluation rates and ensure generally compliance of Treasury’s trading activities with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, market best practices and action exceptions related to trading losses, breaches of risk limits and other Bank policies and guidelines.
    • Daily FX rate tolerances/market conformity confirmations of all T24 teller and other channel transactions.
    • Generate and analyse daily risk exposure reports and validate weekly/monthly liquidity ratios and review of call over report to assess any exception transaction that would have taken place.
    • Prepare periodic reports to regularly update financial risk, credit risk, operational risk, and compliance and AML & KYC exposures and circulate through the Head of Enterprise Risk.
    • Review of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), incidence reports, key risk indicators (KRIs), loss data collection and conduct other risk analytics.
    • Assist in development of the Bank Risk management standards, reviews of all policies, policy guidelines and procedures that provide direction on processes within the Business Units.
    • Conduct compliance assessment with focus on AML/CFT and assess AML/CFT risk from new products, delivery channels, services and conduct annual AML/CFT risk assessment.
    • Manage Systems and Applications administered by Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance to ensure that they are serving the purpose of its existence within the bank.
    • Recommend changes to Risk and Compliance Management policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to maintain relevance.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

    • Technical skills to effectively perform and/or guide performance of Risk and Compliance activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves high quality standards or benchmarks.
    • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage customer expectations (internal and external) and other stakeholders who impact performance.
    • Knowledge and experience in modern Risk and Compliance Risk Management practices to initiate and implement tactical changes to support business performance.
    • Knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.
    • An understanding of the operations environment and an all-around knowledge of how all the units within the Bank operate.
    • Good analytical skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence Systems
    • Self-empowerment to enable the development of open communication, teamwork and trust that are needed to support performance and customer-service-oriented culture.

    Qualification and Experience Requirements

    • At least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration or Mathematics.
    • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Banking and/or finance.
    • Must have experience in a Sharia compliance Bank.
    • Postgraduate qualifications such MBA will be an added advantage.
    • FRM, CFA, CPA /ACCA Certification is desirable.
    • Experience in use of standard software such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
    • Exposure to Treasury Front Office/Back Office and General Ledger reporting systems.
    • Exposure to Risk Management and or Compliance in a financial institution.
    • Experience with MS office and SQL.

    Senior Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Sales of all real estate units and plots under the company.
    • Identify and cultivate appropriate prospective clients, and follow up on new business opportunities, with the end goal of selling real estate units and plots.
    • Source for new real estate clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling and all forms of sales prospecting.
    • Follow up and sale of real estate to all client leads that are provided to the Sales team from the Marketing team.
    • Ensure that all Sales Leads and discussions are tracked and recorded in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System for the organization.
    • Meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets.
    • Manage the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
    • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, deal of the month, and new products.
    • Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
    • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.

    Requirements

    • Degree/ Diploma in a related field.
    • Min 3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in Real Estate sales.
    • Track record with sourcing leads, converting leads to sales, engaging clients, and maintaining client relationships.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
    • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
    • Ability to understand real estate market dynamics and convince buyers of the product you are selling.
    • Honesty and integrity when carrying out all tasks.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Good analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
