Duties/Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the following:-

• Be in charge of the marketing department and all its functions.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
• Executing and monitoring marketing plans.
• Formulating and reviewing customer service strategies. attending to customer feedback and take continuous improvement action.
• Developing of new rich products and executing product launches, promotions and demonstrations. developing new marketing opportunities.
• Market cultural tourism and performing art business outside the country.
• Ensuring efficient and continuous marketing events and services.
• Be incharge of all company communication and media activities including preparing official speeches and press releases.
• Attending to customer feedback and take continuous improvement action; carry out market surveys and make recommendations.
• Opening new local and international marketing opportunities in conjunction with ministry of tourism and other stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly reports.

Experience:   

At least 10 years experience at management level in a busy establishment. Those with experience from the hospitality industry will have an obvious advantage

Qualifications:           

K.C.S.E Certificate Minimum Mean Grade C- (Minus).

Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institution will be an added  advantage. 

Duties/Responsibilities

Due to expansion in business, they wish to recruit 30 Distribution Assistants (Junior Sales Represetative) to ensure timely delivery of company products to their distributors and other business outlets.

Their duties are:-

• Ensuring timely delivery of company products to appointed distributors, institutions such as universities, colleges, schools, corporate manufacturing entities, convenience stores and key accounts outlets e.g supermarkets
• Collection of empty crates, used cans and other company resources while ensuring their proper handling to minimize breakages.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliations for empty crates and used cans.
• Collection of banking slips and signed/stamped delivery notes from distributors and other company customers
  

Experience:   

At least one (1) year working experience in a similar capacity in FMCG.

Those who have handled distribution of beverages, milk, bottled water, alcoholic drinks, breads and cakes or other related food products will have an obvious advantage.

• Good computer literacy with some accounting packages knowledge.

Duties/Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accountant, Accounts Assistant will among other duties ensure timely posting of transactions, do reconciliations, prepare monthly books of accounts, assist with monthly stock takes, preparation of petty cash reports among others.

Qualifications:           

• University Degree in Accounting/fFnance or other related fields.
• CPA-K or other equivalent.
• SYSPRO accounting software knowledge is desired.

Duties/Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Financial Accountant is mainly supposed to ensure all accounting procedures are carried out in accordance to the internationally acceptable standards.

He/She will do the following duties among others:-

• Preparation of cash flow statements, cash forecast and budget for the financial year.
• Manage fixed asset register.
• Responsible for company debtors and creditors accounts.
• Monitoring of stock movements both raw materials and finished goods.
• Responsible for bank accounts activities.
• Preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Management of computation and filing of VAT,PAYE,NSSF,NHIF, WITHHOLDING TAX and other related statutories.

Experience:   

At least 5 years working experience as Senior Accountant/Financial Accountant in a busy FMCG organization
