- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing data-related functions, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in data engineering, business intelligence, and data science, with hands-on experience in tools and technologies in the Azure and AWS data engineering stacks.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data strategies, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business impact.
