Responsibilities

• As a Nurse you will be involved with providing essential medical care, support and education to patients, families and communities. The crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and assisting the recovery of patients with various medical conditions.

Major responsibilities for this role will be:

• Triaging clients according to their needs and level of urgency.
• Handling all nursing procedures competently.
• Accurate documentation and storage of patient data
• Counseling and health education to patients
• Taking, monitoring and interpreting vital signs of clients
• Performing point of care diagnostic testing and interpreting results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient assessments, treatment and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare team members to develop comprehensive plans for patients.
• Adhere to all medical protocols, regulations and ethical standards in the nursing profession.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (AND)
• At least 3 years clinical experience
• Must have a valid nursing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya

About the job

• The main purpose of this role is to create and apply effective sales strategies, grow market share with existing and new accounts, generate revenue growth and enhance efforts, build market position and customer awareness, regularly consult with customers to understand needs and position the company as a leading primary healthcare organisation. Major responsibilities will be: -
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product departments to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring there are favorable terms.
• Write requisitions for the Business Development and Client engagement departments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecast.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Know the clients review and plan on ways to improve the new client relationships.
• Implement strategies used to attract new clients to the organization.
• Achieve specific targets on revenue and market growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Strong oral and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi -task
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, outlook, and Power Point
