    Loan Sales Specialist - Kikuyu

    • Establish and manage relationships with car dealers, existing and potential customers
    • Sell Mogo products i.e Car Financing and Logbook Loans to customers and partners
    • Generate sales leads using existing and potential customer network and all partners. 
    • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your sale leads.
    • Work closely with other Mogo employees to ensure prospective customers are served in the most convenient and professional way.
    • Ensure that KYC, fraud check, and credit risk procedures are followed correctly.
    • Attend different events e.g Marketing & Sales Activations, Car Bazaar to create brand awareness and acquire new contacts.
    • In case of necessity – substitute Branch Loan Sales Manager to provide a nonstop branch sales. 
    • Any other duties that may be assigned

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Diploma/ Degree in a Business-related course
    • Previous experience of working with car dealerships
    • Previous direct sales experience
    • Knowledge of logbook or consumer loan business
    • Fluent in English and Swahili

    Product Marketing Manager (Car Financing)

    Job Summary:

    • The Product Marketing Manager (Car Financing)  will be responsible for driving the growth of the car financing product, mainly through new client acquisition.
    • This role encompasses planning and executing marketing campaigns, process improvement, development of new client acquisition channels & leading IT developments.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in (digital) marketing, data analytics, sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing and Communication:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategy to promote car financing products.
    • Oversee all the digital & offline content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
    • Initiate campaigns and/or special offers to keep loan issuances and car sales within the budget.

    Developing new business lines & improving sales process:

    • Analyze market data to create target segments, identify opportunities to increase car financing sales.
    • Lead IT projects to improve product presentation & sales funnel.
    • Generate new ideas on how to improve our car yards, perceived quality of cars and in the end issue more loans.

    Ownership:

    • Track and analyze KPIs related to product growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
    • Have the growth mindset, do not be afraid to think big, take responsibility & ownership.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • At least 3-5 years’ proven experience working in Product Management field.
    • Orientation to results mindset.
    • Ambition, hungriness for success, drive to achieve targets. 
    • Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze financial and operational performance)  
    • Strong understanding of Digital and other Marketing channels
    • Ability to work independently. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Hands-on approach to work with ability to build from scratch & scale up quickly.
