    Digital Marketer

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a professional and a talented Digital Marketer personnel. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

    Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department
    • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

    Hotel Financial Controller

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Creates and implements a marketing plan to achieve budget goals.
    • Assist the accounting department with financial information and forms for tax compliance needs
    • Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization
    • Maintenance of the Hotel’s set of controls and budgets to mitigate risk.
    • Computing profits and losses on all food and beverage items onboard, monitoring budgets versus actual, and the variance related to each.
    • Responsible for all quality control on the pier; accounting/receiving control, accounting for any loss or spoilage, and reporting such to the General Manager.
    • Responsible for the supervision of the receiving and loading of all food and beverage stores, and other hotel supplies.
    • Able to prepare and submits management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
    • Responsible for verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with county and national government regulations.
    • Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
    • Able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the Work.
    • Any other tasks as and when required by the management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ accounting
    • A minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role or equivalent. Experience in the hospitality field will be an added advantage.
    • Should have a high command of Excel, etc.
    • Knowledge of accounting systems like ADP, Sun, SAP, Sage
    • Must possess excellent financial knowledge, analytical skills and be very well organized.
    • Willing to contribute effort to all aspects of hotel/restaurant operation when

    Hotel Marketing Specialist

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Creates and implements a marketing plan to achieve budget goals.
    • Analyse current markets and identify new markets and potential clients
    • Assists with the development and implementation of promotions i.e. creates advertising and promotional programs for hotels and hotel chains.
    • Evaluates and drives the hotel’s participation in the various sales channels, Market Sales, Event Booking Centers, electronic lead channels, etc.
    • Attends trade shows, community events, and industry meetings to maintain knowledge of market, competition, and customers.
    • Actively participates in project terms that contribute to sales strategy, programs, or procedures.
    • Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, and sales presentation).
    • The Hotel marketing specialist is also responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet guests’ needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure guests are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
    • Represent the hotel at consumer trade fairs, mall promotions and tourism events both at local and national level.
    • Proactively monitor the Hotel’s profile on the various social media platforms and ensure appropriate responses are posted in a timely fashion.

    Requirements

    Hotel Sales And Admin

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
    2. Support strategies and conduct activities to drive market share, guest satisfaction and financial results.
    3. Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
    4. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
    5. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
    6. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
    7. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients
    8. Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
    9. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail
    10. Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
    11. Compile and file records of hotel activities, hotel transactions, and other activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales/marketing or related field
    • A minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role equivalent in the hospitality field.
    • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines
