    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Continuously improve processes by implementing two-second daily process improvements.

    About the Client:

    Our client in a beauty and cosmetology industry is looking for a highly skilled, passionate, creative and experienced Masseuse to work towards creating excellence in its beauty services.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized room for the massage.
    • Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
    • Should provide good customer service to all customers e.g. not playing inappropriate or loud/non-relaxing music, not engaging the customer in unnecessary conversation that interferes with relaxation, not conversing on personal cell phone while providing services, not allowing outside interference into the room while services are in progress, not using old tattered or dirty towels.
    • Consult with the clients to screen them for any underlying conditions and assist with selecting of the right massage.
    • Providing a wide variety of massage and related beauty treatments to include Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Body Scrubs, facials, manicure, and pedicure
    • Accompanying the clients to and from the massage rooms.

    • Assist the clients with inquiries, explain various treatments and packages in a courteous manner.

    Nail Technician- Kileleshwa

    About the Client:

    Our client in a beauty and cosmetology industry is looking for a highly skilled, passionate, creative and experienced Nail Technician to provide nail care treatments to customers based on their needs and preferences.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

    • Polish and apply designs, gel or acrylic nails
    • Paint fingernails and toenails
    • Clean and shape the ends of nails as well as push back cuticles
    • Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style and preferences
    • Removing previously applied nail polish from fingernails and toenails
    • Ensure that workstations are kept clean and orderly
    • Sterilize and sanitize all nail instruments and equipment before each use
    • Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
    • Provide quality hand and foot massages
    • Evaluate the condition of clients’ nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
    • Recommend various nail designs and nail art (nail care treatment tips ) to clients (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)

    Key Qualifications

    • Certification in Nail Technology is a plus
    • Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist or similar role
