Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications and interfaces for our container shipping and leasing services.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing front-end designs that enhance user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work closely with back-end developers and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues as they arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.

Qualifications:

• Must have bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development or related field.
• Must have proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills and Strong communication/ collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities, including offices, warehouses, and storage yards.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Hire, supervise, and manage a team of contractors responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, including cost estimates, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Oversee inventory control for facility supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient procurement and utilization.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, including managing contractors and facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices, safety regulations, and compliance.
• Budget management and cost control skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
