    Creative Design & Content Developer

    Key responsibilities:

    • Design and produce material for; print eg advertising, billboards, brochures, flyers, corporate attire, etc.; Electronic and digital eg website banners, e-newsletter, social media, infographics etc.; motion graphics, animations, branding e.g. office branding, exhibition booths, signage etc. and video from concept through to final proof.
    • To initiate, plan and implement creative designs while ensuring a seamless offline and online experience across all owned assets.
    • Oversee visual identity development for new brand assets and products, ensuring that they effectively and creatively promote Jambojet brand positioning.
    • Ensure brand assets deliver unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communication touch points.
    • Identify gaps in communication materials and give recommendations on how to improve.
    • Liaise with marketing suppliers for best in class service and products delivered timely and in the defined quality.

    Qualification

    • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.
    • At least 3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer in a Marketing/Advertising/Communication/Events agency. Experience within the aviation industry is a plus.
    • Proficiency in using Adobe illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver etc.
    • Strong photography and editing knowledge
    • Creative copywriting and editing knowledge
    • Possession of creative flair, originality and versatility
    • Strong ability to translate requirements into design
    • Ability to work on short notice and tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Good presentation skills and ability to sell ideas to colleagues
    • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time

    Technical Services Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring and coordinating maintenance planning and scheduling activities to ensure a safe, efficient and cost-effective operation and in compliance with regulations.
    • Defining the work scope of ‘C’ checks
    • Heavy maintenance planning and package creation
    • Carrying out Short Term and Long-Term Maintenance Forecast
    • Developing training programs for staff in the section.
    • Defining technical standards for the section for optimized aircraft product cost of ownership and safety.
    • Coordinating technical records data capture, storage and reporting activities for timely and accurate planning and reporting.
    • Coordinating the development of customized MELs and Flight Test manuals to ensure that they meet the local authority requirements.
    • Undertaking the maintenance program development (AMP), implementation and revision.
    • Coordinating and managing control of aircraft configuration changes and ensure compliance to type certificate and regulatory requirements.
    • Representing technical services in inter and intradepartmental forums.
    • Evaluation of new technical maintenance facility capability development needs and initiate and manage capability development projects.
    • Work scope preparation for Engine/ Propeller/ APU/ components Shop Visits.
    • Developing and implementing engine stagger programs and removal plans with planning division.
    • Assist with EIS project plans and preparation of aircraft delivery package
    • Generation of reports, but not limited to: HT Reports, LDND, Component R/I

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate from a recognized university (Mechanical, Aeronautical Electrical/Electronic or equivalent)
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a technical services engineer
    • Detailed knowledge on the KCAA/EASA/FAA regulations and the Jambojet engineering procedures
    • In depth knowledge on aircraft systems
    • Successfully completed a full type course of Jambojet fleet will be an added advantage
    • Familiar with analytical software

    • Develop creative and engaging written and visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and People & Culture teams to ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

    Graphic Design:

    • Utilize design tools to create visually appealing graphics, images, and layouts for online and offline marketing materials.
    • Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms and materials.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to contribute insights for content development.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies.

    Content Editing:

    • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Should have recently graduated from a recognized university with a degree in Marketing,
    • Communications, Design, or related field. Certification may be considered.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Photography, videography and content editing skills.
    • Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

    Brand Executive

    Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute brand strategies that help in maintaining and enhancing our brand's image and positioning, and monitor brand performance to suggest improvements that align with brand objectives.
    • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop promotional materials, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will analyze data to inform brand strategies and marketing plans, and prepare reports on brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
    • Developing and managing content for various marketing channels, such as social media, website, and print materials, while ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our brand's message effectively.
    • Assist in planning and executing brand-related events, trade shows, and promotions, managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis.
    • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels by conducting regular audits of marketing materials to ensure adherence to brand
      guidelines.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management and customer service, to ensure brand alignment.
    • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic stakeholders and industry partners.
    • Assist in managing the brand budget, ensuring all activities are within allocated funds, and tracking expenses to provide regular budget updates to the Brand Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in brand management, PR, or marketing, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
    • Certifications: Professional certifications in marketing, public relations, or related fields are advantageous.

    Flight Operations Officer

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and process Operational Flight Plans for all Jambojet flight departing from Nairobi and other stations where applicable.
    • Action all Messages/Emails for efficient safe operations.
    • Operate radios VHF, HF to establish effective communications with aircrafts.
    • Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of Operations Control Centre in order to maintain conducive working environment.
    • Compile and compute flight progress status in Wingtrac in order to maintain correct flight information.
    • Provide meteorological information to aircraft in-flight when required for safe flight operations.
    • Furnish the PIC while in flight, by appropriate means, with information which may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight. Such information shall include but not limited to, In-flight diversions, deviation from planned routing and any changes that may affect safe continuation and safe completion of the flight.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

    • Diploma in relevant field
    • Must have a Flight Operations Officer License issued by KCAA
    • Three years working experience in Airline Operations
    • Must be a team player and ability to adopt to changes
    • Computer literate
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
