    Case Manager, Active Case Management

    Role Purpose

    The primary purpose of the Case Manager, Active Case Management is to monitor and manage the utilization of medical services to ensure appropriate and cost-effective care while maintaining quality standards; Conduct clinical reviews of cases, assess treatment efficacy, ensure adherence to best practices, and recommend adjustments when needed.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategy

    • Execute robust case management strategies aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for innovative interventions, process enhancements, and costeffective healthcare solutions.

    Role Purpose

    Responsible for assessing and evaluating the medical and clinical risks associated with insurance policies. This role involves analyzing medical records, assessing the health status of individuals or groups, and making underwriting decisions based on medical evidence.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operational

    • Medical Underwriting: Assess and evaluate medical records, diagnostic reports, and other medical information to determine the insurability of individuals or groups.
    • Risk Assessment: Analyze the health status, medical history, and pre-existing conditions of applicants to determine the level of risk associated with insuring them.
    • Identify high-risk policyholders through underwriting and claims data analysis and translate risks into policy terms, guided by actuarial pricing.
    • Provide clinical leadership and support in underwriting.

    Senior Manager-Robotics Process Automation

    Role Purpose

    The Senior Manager RPA is responsible for leading the company efforts in Robotic Process Automation. He/She will define, implement and manage strategies for a successful RPA delivery, working closely with the business units to develop and understand their business processes and deliver business automated solutions.

    Main Responsibilities
    Strategy:

    • Define and implement the RPA strategy aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals.
    • Create a long-term automation roadmap to prioritize key areas for process automation, focusing on high-impact business functions and efficiency gains.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for automation and ensure buy-in for RPA solutions
    • Lead efforts to explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) with RPA to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.

    • Must have 4-6 years’ supervisory\Lead experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in RPA.

    The role holder will work cross-functionally with business operations, business analysts and other stakeholders to create and optimize workflow processes. He/She will also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and bug fixing. The ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge of modern RPA technologies such robotics and intelligent workflows.

    Main Responsibilities
    Strategy:

    • Support the strategy, design, development, and deployment of RPA technology-enabled solutions to meet customer and company practice needs.
    • Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers to support the RPA architecture planning, development, and implementation effort through the delivery of quality and timely projects.
    • Lead efforts to explore and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, machine learning) with RPA to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.

    Qualifications

    • UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred.

    Relevant Experience

    • 4 years of experience in a software development role
    • Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality
    • Experience with web development technologies and UiPath RPA Software.
