    Brand Manager - Content

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research, develop and implement internal and external content strategies to build brand awareness, educates both internal and external audiences about KCB products and services and increases overall brand visibility.
    • Shoot, edit and check content for style, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines to ensure it is ready for publication across communication platforms is a key requirement.
    • Establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with the brand and Bank’s products and services.   To achieve this, work with internal and external collaborators and creative resources to deliver content assets.
    • Understand the organizations brand to ensure the content tone and style amplifies the Brand Promise and creates a cohesive and well-rounded brand image that can be adapted to different audiences.
    • Exceptional writing, storytelling and content creation skills is a big requirement to drive inspirational engagement.
    • Ensure brand voice consistency across all content assets.
    • Test and implement innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns and tools, keeping in mind the purpose of the derived results in collaboration with the business functions.

    Manager – Cloud Infrastructure

    Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate, and plan all field data collection and reporting in accordance to established guidelines, and analyze data collected for assessment of progress and areas of improvement. 
    • Responsible for regular routine and timely project progress report development and updating of project M&E Systems. 
    • Develop and maintain overall MEAL Plans and frameworks for assigned programmes and projects.
    • Identify and track achievements and accomplishments against set performance targets. Train and mentor partner staffs on project reporting needs.

    Application Specialist – Customer Experience Systems

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Backend administration of CX Systems – Cisco PCCE, ZOOM Calrec, PCS IVR and Wallboard UCM –Cluster3 and Customer Analytics System.

    Senior Manager, Capital Management - Group Treasury

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure adherence to Group Capital Management policies and risk framework across the bank subsidiaries. 
    • Develop Capital planning and modelling templates for assessing Capital ratios and requirements to deliver target RWA growth for all KCB bank subsidiaries. 
    • Ensure adherence to the regulatory and internal capital requirements across the group and set clear escalation guidelines for breaches.
    • Oversight to all capital applications (including SBL dispensations and guarantee applications) ensuring quality of applications and deliver board expectations by challenging and reviewing returns. 
    • Optimize funding strategies and funding plans to support market share growth; returns and cost reductions, engaging with in-country and Group TES function on wholesale funding market capacity and opportunities.
    • Working with the Group Treasurer on the issuance of short-term and long-term funding instruments (where appropriate) - Secured funding (securitization); Unsecured funding (senior and subordinated capital)
    • Provide guidelines on the appropriate design and structure of the benchmark investment portfolio for each subsidiary. 
    • Oversight, check and challenge all investment committees in subsidiary treasuries to optimize the sovereign investment strategies to enhance contribution to Group RoRC
    • Review Capital plans from bank subsidiaries monthly. Clearly capture the forecast regulatory capital demand and supply across business units over the 3-year planning horizon. Check and challenge to ensure the capital position on the capital plan over the planning cycles meets the board and regulatory approved targets.
    • Facilitate the determination of capital buffers and perform Cost of Equity calculations in line with KCB Treasury principles and methodology.
    • Oversight Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) optimization initiatives. Challenge data inputs and engagement with in-country treasury teams to understand modelling capability and provide support.
    • Assist in-country treasury teams in setting risk adjusted return hurdles. Challenge and review whether hurdle rates are met by evaluating pricing tools and assumptions.
    • Support/lead the BAU Basel regulatory change initiatives. This extends beyond RWA reporting to the consideration of moving from Standardized to advanced (engaging with the credit modelling teams as appropriate)
    • Review, challenge and support the Treasurers with Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Plan (ICAAP) submissions to regulators. Coordinate the drafting and governance of Group ICAAP submission.

    Senior Manager, Funding & Liquidity Management

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop funding plan modelling templates for assessing funding positions and liquidity requirements for all KCB subsidiaries. 
    • Review and challenge the funding and liquidity risk positions and funding plans of all subsidiary banking entities while providing a proactive view of potential funding risks and funding support required across the KCB group.
    • Provide subject-matter-expertise to in-country Treasuries and Businesses on setting funding strategies and funding targets that should be considered and implemented to enhance Primacy and optimize funding costs.
    • Lead FLM engagements with in-country Treasuries advising on strategic planning requirements; determining the foreign currency funding support required by KCB Group entities and preparing updates to the group ALCO and the Board as part of the integrated planning process.
    • Review, challenge and be able to explain movements in funding and liquidity risk positions across KCB subsidiaries every month.
    • Lead the engagement with Group TES to advise foreign currency requirements from other Group subsidiaries. 
    • Lead the engagement with Group Trading and Sales ensuring funding limits and exposures are effectively implemented and monitored, in support of Business growth and compliance with Board-level liquidity requirements.
    • Co-ordinate the execution of all FLM related requirements such as contingency planning; CBK requirements; local regulatory and ALCO requirements across all subsidiaries
    • Review, challenge and support Entity Treasuries with Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Plan (ILAAP) submissions (where necessary) to regulators and support drafting and governance of Group ILAAP requirements (where necessary). 
    • Responsible for setting the KCB Group Asset and Liability Management process guidelines to for all the subsidiary Treasuries. 
    • Ensure subsidiaries achieve appropriate balance sheet risk profile within Group standards and risk tolerances by centralizing, netting and hedging all manageable risk via the respective subsidiary Treasuries. 
    • Measurement, analysis and interpretation of interest rate risk in the banking book
    • Share guidelines for all structural analysis and adjustment of all balance sheet items while ensuring that all behavioural assumptions (including pre-payment assumptions) are in line with KCB Treasury guidelines.
    • Responsible for Group ALM system development and steer ALM development and training across KCB group. 
    • Responsible for group Funds Transfer Pricing model development and steering FTP rollout and training across KCB group.
    • Contribute to the development of the group Funds Transfer Pricing model including the steer of FTP rollout and training across KCB group.

    Manager Finance Systems

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provide support during month end closing activities, open/close periods, ledgers and subledgers.  
    • Review and follow up with IT to ensure data synchronization across finance systems (Oracle fusion, ARRO, EPBC, EDWH) with daily updates.
