    Power BI Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key insights for business decisions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
    • Gather, clean, and integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting.
    • Perform data analysis and develop data models to support reporting and visualization needs.
    • Optimize Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and scalability.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and provide support to end-users. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Technical Skills:

    • Power BI Proficiency

    • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
    • Data Analysis
    • Database Management Knowledge of Other BI Tools

    Management Accountant/Data Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
    • Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel functions. Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize financial data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational planning and analysis.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each department.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
    • Support the implementation of systems and process improvements.
    • Contributing to the development of long-term business strategies, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with the company's goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, and data visualization.
    • Strong knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial or Manufacturing industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
